With our combined 9 years of planning weddings and events in Nashville, you can relax and let us do all the hard work. We help you get your thoughts organized, assist you in finding a venue and planning your budget and design. We’ll provide you with a vision board and customized list of vendors as well as a list of items that you can purchase and keep in your home for years to come, creating a cohesive, stylish and sustainable event under the confines of any budget.

First, we chat. We just basically want to become your best friend! We’ll ask you to describe yourself and your fiance, find out your budget, guest count, must-haves for your event and your personal style aesthetic. This first step takes about 1 hour and we can meet in-person or virtually.

Great news! We do the work for you. You don’t have to spend hours Googling venues, florists, caterers, photographers, videographers, bakers, deejays and musicians. We create a custom, cohesive, affordable, beautiful event that suits you perfectly.

Presentation

We provide you with a custom list of venues, an overall budget, contact information of professional vendors, items to purchase (like decor and paper goods) + an inspiration board. We also check in with you before the big day to be sure you have everything you need!
