With our combined 10 years of planning weddings and events in Nashville, this $500 Wedding Day Consultation Package provides you with a complete plan to kick-start your planning process. We help you get your thoughts organized and help you find trusted, professional vendors that suit your style and needs.

First, we chat. We just basically want to become your best friend! We’ll ask you to describe yourself and your fiance, find out your budget, guest count, must-haves for your event and your personal style aesthetic. This first step takes about 1 hour and we can meet in-person or virtually.

Great news! We do the work for you. You don’t have to spend hours Googling venues, florists, caterers, photographers, videographers, bakers, deejays and musicians. We create a custom, cohesive, affordable, beautiful event that suits you perfectly.

Presentation

We provide you with a custom list of venues, an overall budget, contact information of professional vendors, items to purchase (like decor and paper goods) + an inspiration board. We also check in with you before the big day to be sure you have everything you need!
