You won’t find better planners than the MCE team. Their knowledge of the industry, honest opinions and overall support took the stress out of planning a wedding from all the way across the country. I hired the ladies for Wedding Day Management, as I am an event planner and felt confident in handling the rest of the details. Regardless of the package I chose, when I emailed asking for thoughts, suggestions and opinions, they were always quick to give a detailed and helpful reply (along with some encouragement during the more stressful parts of planning). They took my timeline, scribbled notes and boxes of decor and somehow managed to create the most beautiful, seamless wedding day. As I was getting ready and relaxing in the bridal suit, they took care of every detail and handled every vendor so I didn’t have to. When I stepped into my reception from cocktail hour, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It was so much better than I could have ever thought it would be. The entire day was so magical and MCE was such a huge part of its success. If you plan to hire a coordinator, these ladies are the only option.

These ladies will work their butts off with smiles on their faces to make sure you have a truly perfect day! We hired MCE to help plan our wedding. Since we live 3 hours away from Nashville, having someone actually there & with more experience made everything so much easier. There were some details we were very picky about & others that neither I nor my now husband had any preference for, but Lindsy was flexible & worked hard to make sure every little detail was taken care of ahead of time & fit perfectly with our theme & style. She did her best to accommodate us when we made our few, brief trips to Nashville in the months leading up to the wedding. Sarah was a huge help in getting us started planning overall, and Lindsy was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. She set us up with the greatest vendors, worked within our budget, & kept us on track & calm when we started losing our minds. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone work as hard as Lindsy, Mary Anna, and their co-workers did the day of our wedding, & they made it look easy. They were so friendly, & the day was seamless & perfect. To say we recommend MCE would be an understatement. We strongly urge you to contact them for your event!!

Lindsy was wonderful... I’m not sure how people have weddings without this service! Immediately after I hired her I felt my nerves settle and things really fell into place. She was very organized and responsive and I would recommend her without hesitation... Best money I spent on that wedding!

Working with Music City Events for a consultation has been a phenomenal experience! Lindsy listened to our personal style and vision. She then took our ideas to develop a coherent theme for the wedding. We especially enjoyed being paired with vendors that could carry out the ultimate vision for our day. The additional suggestions to use items we could incorporate in our future home has been delightful. She created a plan that I cannot wait to carry out!
